It is an implied term that by using London let services you agree to accept our terms and conditions as stated below:

Booking Procedure
the reservation can be arranged by completing our secure online booking form, or by contacting London Let reservations.
To confirm reservation we require full credit card details. London Let will NOT charge your card, but simply use it to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

How to pay for the apartment(s): You will be asked on arrival full prepayment at the rate you booked at and for the full period of your stay for the guarantee period.

Method of payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro etc.

Security Deposit
we do not require any security deposit, however, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses. We reserve our right to debit your credit/debit card for any loss of company`s property during your stay with us.

Check In and Check Out Times
Check in is from 13:00 HRS, however can be arranged on request. Check out is at 12:00 HRS.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required minimum 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of seven days apartment accommodation charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation during stay
Guests who do not stay for the full period of their booking will be charged for the full duration, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any refunds are at company`s discretion and are subject to the deduction of administration fee.

Accommodation & Occupancy
The accommodation is confirmed in advance but the exact apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival. Extra sleeping accommodation can be provided in some apartments at an additional charge of a maximum of fifty pounds per night.

Loss or Damage
London Let cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts of defaults caused by third parties.

Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
